22-24-18. Advisory committee.
A hazardous materials advisory committee may be appointed by the state fire marshal to provide input and assistance to the hazardous materials program and act as advisor to the state fire marshal and the director of the division. The committee shall meet periodically as determined by the state fire marshal.
